I loved how they used the "glitch" in the closing ceremonies as well. It worked out great!

What was the closing glitch? I hadn't heard about that one.

Well there wasn't a glitch in the closing ceremonies, but they just started out with the problem where the one leg of the cauldron would not rise, and had a Marcel Marceau type clown repairing it. It was actually the door that would not open so that the structure could come out in the opening ceremonies.
